London wine merchant, devisee-in-trust of Charles Brooke (q.v.).
Probably the William Robertson Webb baptised 20/03/1774 St George the Martyr Queen Square, son of Richard and Elizabeth Webb. A marriage of William Robertson Webb (bachelor, son of William Webb) to Catherine Browne a minor took place in St Pancras 11/07/1837 but this seems an unlikely match.
William Robertson Webb was bankrupt in 1842. His partner Victor Louis Chemery had become bankrupt in 1841.
