Caroline Robley, William Blake, James Cunningham were all devisees in trust of John Robley; Charles Webb and others were devisees in trust of Charles Brooke. Counterclaim from J. Gordon of Cluny, Aberdeen, Scotland. Alexander Gordon of Hillingdon, Middlesex, and D.H. Rucker in the City of London were equitable mortgagees for £2874 1s 5d. £233 16s went to the Court of Chancery.
Charles Brooke was the partner of John Robley, and his brother-in-law. Partnership was 2/3rd:1/3rd in favour of John Robley.
Betsy's Hope was purchased in 1808 by John Robley, St Vincent plantations of Resply Villa and Pembroke were bought in 1809 by Robley, and Golden Grove inherited from his uncle Joseph Robley.
