T71/432 p. 1301 and p. 1305: A. McRae registered 174 enslaved persons on plantation Maryville for J. & M. A. Noble in 1832.

T71/432 p. 1306: A. McRae registered 12 enslaved persons belonging to the heirs of Susan Ross, in lawful possession of J. & M.A. Noble.

T71/887: letter from Baxendale Tatham, stating that Susannah Ross died in 1821, all debts paid.

T71/1056: J. & M.A. Noble signed the claim. Affidavit from Peter Girvin, of Liverpool, partner of John Bolton, attesting that J. & M.A. Noble, of British Guiana, were illegitimate children of Susan Ross by John Noble.
