T71/430 p. 569: in 1829, Haags Bosch estate had 240 enslaved persons and Perseverance estate had 147 enslaved persons, giving a total for Robert Neilson of 415 enslaved persons. Subsequent sales of 245 enslaved persons and deaths of 24 enslaved persons gives a new total of 146.
