  1. Partnership between Robert Milligan deceased, Colin Robertson, Robert Milligan the younger and David Milligan dissolved by mutual consent 01/09/1813 [sic].

  2. In February 1827 the firm of Milligan Robertson (a partnership of Colin Robertson, Duncan Davidson Milligan and Robert Milligan Dalzell, all of Lime Street Square) had entered into a deed with its creditors, including W.R & S. Mitchell, Gordons and Biddulph, Plummer & Wilson, Edward and Rene Payne, Smith Payne & Smiths, etc. Checkland said the firm had suspended payments in July 1826.
