For Sale, BOMBAY Coffee plantation, situate in Mile Gully, belonging to the heirs of Thomas Kincaid Wint, Esq. deceased, containing 600 Acres, of which there are in full bearing 35 Acres, three and four years old, and 10 acres in young Coffee; the remainder in Grounds [for the enslaved], Guinea-Grass, and Woodland, abounding with the best hard timbers. On the Premises are a Dwelling-House, Coffee Store, Mill, and Barbicues. For terms, apply in Kingston, to Messrs Ress and Huie; in Vere, to Donald M’Lean, Esq; or on the Property, to Mr. David Livingston."
