Notes

This estate has enslaved people registered to it in the 1820s while no corresponding registration was made in the slave registers; presumably they were registered on Mount Hybla or another of Atkins' properties. Francis Clark was the attorney of Atkins and also at times receiver of his properties, and assumed to have not been the owner although named against Trafalgar in the almanacs.
