1784 [EA] - 1806 [LA] → Tenant-for-life
In the will of his father, John Pogson of Woodside House, two estates on St Kitts both called Pogson's were entailed for his elder son John [of Rougham]. In John of Rougham's own will, he bequeathed (in trust) only one estate, then called Godwin. It is presumed this is the same estate as one of the two earlier Pogson's estates. |

1828 [EA] - 1828 [LA] → Joint owner

1834 [EA] - 1834 [LA] → Joint owner
This was an estate of the Pogson family. Sophia Pogson was not shown in the Slave Registers (where her husband appears), but claimed the compensation after her husband's death. |
