The annuitants on the estates of Walter and Atkinson in St Vincent that were mortgaged to Richard Willis and whose annuities were secured by the bond of Richard Willis were summoned to meet the assignee in London in 1791. Charles Shephard shows Walker and Atkinson as the original purchasers of Lot No. 151, 17 acres, present (1831) estate Kingstown Park, based on John Byres map of 1776. Kingstown Park by 1831 was a larger estate, also incorporating Lot No. 167 of 40 acres, originally the Lt-Governor's house and grounds.
