Biography

Joseph Court, died c.1835 after making a claim for compensation for enslaved persons on Grange Estate, Dominica, the compensation being awarded to his executrix, Fanny Court (q.v.). He has been assumed to be resident as Joseph Court Esq. was Acting Registrar in the Court of Chancery, Dominica, in 1816.
