Born c. 1774. Married Charlotte Bulkeley 10/05/1814 at St Marylebone. 5 children baptised at St Marylebone between 1815 and 1825. Died 11/09/1832. Left £140,000. Buried at St Marylebone 15/09/1832 aged 58.
The will of Tully Higgins of Saint Marylebone was proved 08/10/1832. He bequeathed (in addition to £300 each to his executors and some small legacies to Catholic charities in Ireland) £40,000 in stock to each of his widow and his daughter Louisa (revised by codicil to £30,000 each); his Blenheim estate in Demerara was left to his son Bulkeley Higgins, who d. 11/07/1834 aged 19, so Blenheim and residual estate went to Louisa, and formed part of her marriage settlement on her wedding to Percy Barrington, 8th Viscount of Ardglass, in 1845.
Tully Higgins died 11/09/1832 at [8] Bryanston Square. 'Nothing could be traced about his fortune in any source.' Married Charlotte, surname unknown. Louisa Higgins, the youngest daughter (c. 1825-1884) of Tully and Charlotte Higgins (but apparently heir to the Blenheim estate after the death of Bulkeley in 1834), married in 1845 Percy 8th Viscount Barrington.
The 9th Viscount Barrington, Walter Bulkeley Barrington (1848-1933) carried the name of his uncle and his maternal grand-mother.
