Tentatively identified as Susanna Lewis, 'free brown woman' who registered enslaved people as guardian to her children Jasper Farmer Baillie and Louisa Baillie in St Catherine and was also a slave-owner in her own right.
Louisa Baillie and Henrietta Baillie, children of Susanna Lewis 'a brown woman' by David Baillie, born 02/02/1793 and 03/03/1795 respectively, baptised in Kingston 09/05/1796. Jasper Baillie, 'the supposed son of David Baillie Esq., Attorney at Law, & Anna Lewis a free brown woman', born 09/04/1791 and baptised 25/06/1802 in St Andrew.
