Slave-owner in St Elizabeth, Jamaica; inherited ownership of one enslaved person from Rebecca Hughes at some point between 1826 and 1829.

Ruth Prance Carnegie, aged about 10 years, John Stewart Carnegie, aged about 8 years and Maria Antoinette Carnegie, aged about 6 years, reputed children of Dr Stewart Carnegie by Priscilla Prance, "a free mulatto", baptised in St Elizabeth 07/12/1810. Their sister Ceconia had been baptised the previous year, aged about 12 years.
