Owner of 'two houses' in St Catherine 1817-1839.
"Free quadroon", had eight children with Hon. Thomas Witter Jackson, all baptised in St Catherine or Kingston between 1804 and 1818: Marianne Jackson (1804-), Thomas Witter Jackson (1807-1882), Mary Ann Jackson (1807-), Elizabeth Eleanor Jackson (1813-), Jane Innes Jackson (1814-), Edward Bullock Jackson (1815-), Charles Hamilton Jackson (1817-1878), Ann Lynch Jackson (1818-).
One of her children, Charles Hamilton Jackson, baptised in St Catherine in 1817, married [1] Elizabeth Eleanor McFarlane and [2] Charlotte Allan Heslop (the grand-daughter mentioned in the will of William Heslop, proved in 1847). He became a prominent polititian and died 14/04/1878 in St Catherine. At the time of his death he was Island Secretary. Another of her children was Thomas Witter Jackson junior (q.v.).
