Claimed with his brother Edward Collins Woodbridge (q.v.) as owners for the compensation for the enslaved people on an estate on Dominica inferred to be Goodwill. The brothers reached a settlement with the counterclaimants, two trustees of an indenture of 1829, in whose name the compensation was awarded. Frederick was possibly resident in Dominica: his brother was an absentee.
