Of Milsted (now Milstead), Kent. Claimed with Sir George Young (q.v.) as trustees of the parties interested in the marriage settlement of Miss Colin Campbell Baillie for the compensation for the enslaved people on Baillie's Bacolet in Grenada. The compensation was paid into the Chancery suits of Baillie v Innes and Baillie v Palmer.
Sir John Maxwell Tylden is in the ODNB as 'army officer.'

Collin [sic] Campbell Baillie had married Edward Lloyd at St Marylebone 08/08/1816. The witnesses included Alex. Baillie and Hugh Rose.
