  2. Death of Henry Yarburgh Everitt registered Q2 1847 Brighton Sussex. Will of Henry Yarburgh Everitt of Brighton Sussex proved 22/09/1847. Under the will he settled a debt of £400 with his cousin Jane Pedder through the transfer of shares in the Phoenix Fire Insurance Co.; beneficiaries included his wife Charlotte and his brother-in-law Sir John Lewes Pedder.

  3. Will of Thomas Cooper Everitt of Marylebone proved 14/04/1815. Thomas Cooper Everitt had married Mary Brucker at St Nicholas Cole Abbey, City of London 15/09/1783.
