The first son of Alexander Willock of Antigua and Putney Park, Middlesex, a London merchant. Francis was a partner (for a period) with his father In 1785 he married Frances, 1st daughter of Charles Gore of Tring. They were the parents of Frank Gore Willock (q.v.) and of Sir Henry Willock (q.v.) The latter was described as heir at law of 'Francis Willock' in two claims. Francis Willock died in Southampton in 1829.
