Customs Collector of Oistins and slave-owner on Barbados. This is probably the Thomas Le Gall who married Rebecca Bourne, 23 September 1777 in Christ Church, Barbados. Their children included Thomas Le Gall (1784? or 1786?- ), Hannah Best Le Gall, and Margaret Matthews Le Gall (1788- ) who married James William Cox, 13 April 1805, Christ Church, Barbados. Thomas Le Gall died between 1826 and 1829. The will of Thomas Le Gall shows his wife as Elizabeth but his daughters as Margaret Matthews Cox and Hannah Best Le Gall, indicating that Thomas Le Gall had married twice.
