Merchant of St Elizabeth, when he married Mary McGregor Cameron of Westmorland, spinster, at St.Elizabeth, by licence, 23/01/1819. Charles and Mary McGregor Weaver had a daughter, Sarah Ann, baptised in Westmoreland, Jamaica, 18/06/1821.
Died at Nonsuch, Westmorland, 04/05/1826, aged 31, “leaving a widow and a young daughter, with many friends, to deplore his loss”.
William Kington, late of St Elizabeth, was a prisoner for debt in Montego Bay Gaol in 1826 when he described himself as late of the firm of Kington & Weaver and referred to the books of account of that firm “which I left with the late Mr Charles Weaver”.
