Claimed compensation for Boosey estate in St Thomas-in-the-Vale, Jamaica; the compensation was awarded to her husband Christopher Daly. The estate had belonged to Robert Brown, presumably Frances Maria Daly's first husband.
Frances Maria Brown, widow, married Christopher Daly, bachelor, 09/07/1834 in Bloomsbury St George, Camden, Middlesex, when she was 'of this parish' and he was 'of the parish of St Pancras'.
In 1851, Frances M. Daly, age 62, born Jamaica, was living at 22 Sutherland St, Lambeth, Surrey, with her husband Christopher Daly, age 61, 'Clerk H.M. Customs' and two servants. In 1861, Frances Maria Daly, age 70, was living at Cambridge Place, Kensington, with her husband and one servant.
Will of Christopher Daly late of 3 Cambridge Place Victoria Road Kensington gentleman who died 17/11/1869 proved 03/12/1869 by the oath of Frances Jane Parker of 3 Cambridge Place widow the executrix, effects £1500. The death of Frances Maria Daly aged 82 was registered at Kensington Q3 1869: it is not clear who Frances Jane Parker was.
