1803 - 1880
Son of Mary Agnes Sinclair nee Chisholme and Charles 13th Lord Sinclair. Later Hon. James Sinclair became the 5th/14th Lord Sinclair. The compensation for three estates in Clarendon where he appears to have been tenant-for-life was awarded to his father and to his [Hon. James Sinclair's] brother-in-law Francis Massy Dawson, presumably as trustees.
