Son of Dr John Nembhard and his wife Ann Payton nee Hamilton. Born 1771. Inherited a share in Konigsburgh estate from his father in 1777. Held office in Jamaica c. 1810. Died at the Pavilion, Bognor, Sussex, 11/12/1829. His will (made in 1827) is extremely brief and made his widow Julia his universal legatee and executrix.
