Eldest son of Dr John Nembhard and his wife Ann Peyton nee Hamilton. Inherited a share in Konigsburgh estate from his father in 1777.
John Frederick Nembhard, practitioner in physick, bachelor, of St Ann parish, and Sophia Edwards of the same, spinster, were married 16/5/1783.
