- Will of David McNish of Trelawny, County of Cornwall Jamaica proved 10/03/1828. Under the will he ordered his [unspecified] property in Jamaica to be sold, the proceeds remitted to England to be invested in the funds, and remain at interest until the younger of his two sons reached 21, when the proceeds were to be divided between the two [unnamed] boys. He also left £1000 each to his sisters Mrs McClure, Miss Martha McNish and Miss Menzie McNish and the same each to his nephews Charles McClure and John McClure, and £500 to his nephew David McNish of Bristol.
