2nd May 1779 - 19th Aug 1864
Legatee (with her sister Isabella Reid Thomson) under the will of her brother Rev. Samuel Wells Thomson and her aunt Elizabeth Reid nee Lawrence (both of whom q.v.).
Elizabeth Reid, daughter of David and Rebecca Tomson [sic] born 02/05/1779 and baptised 08/11/1779 in Trelawny, Jamaica.
Elizabeth Thomson, age 60, of independent means, was living with her sister Isabella Thomson, age 60, Ann Capper, age 60, George Capper, age 70, clergyman, and five servants at Montagu Place, Marylebone. Isabella and Elizabeth were at 15 Montagu Place in 1851 and 1861, suggesting the Cappers were visitors in their house in 1841. Note that Ann Capper's maiden surname was Reid, as was Isabella's mother Rebecca.
The will of Elizabeth Reid Thomson, late of 15 Montagu Place, Bryanston Square, spinster, who died 19/08/1864 was proved by her sister Isabella Reid Thomson, the sole executrix. Effects under £20.
