Isabella Reid Thomson

Legatee (with her sister Elizabeth Reid Thomson) under the will of her brother Rev. Samuel Wells Thomson and her aunt Elizabeth Reid nee Lawrence (both of whom q.v.).

1. Isabella Reid, daughter of David and Rebecca Tomson [sic] born 10/06/1777 and baptised in Trelawny, Jamaica, 10/08/1778.

2. Isabella Thomson, age 60, of independent means, was living with her sister Elizabeth Thomson, age 60, Ann Capper, age 60, George Capper, age 70, clergyman, and five servants at Montagu Place, Marylebone. Isabella and Elizabeth were at 15 Montagu Place in 1851 and 1861, suggesting the Cappers were visitors in their house in 1841. Note that Ann Capper's maiden surname was Reid, as was Isabella's mother Rebecca.

3. Will of Isabella Reid Thomson of 15 Montague Place Bryanston Square who died 25/10/1867 proved 19/11/1867 by Rev. Foster Barham Zincke, effects under £9000 (resworn from £8000).
