Biography

Although Martin William Byam is shown making a counter-claim for Fitch's Creek in Antigua under the will of 'his father Martin Byam', it appears that he was the nephew of Martin Byam and the son of William Byam senior (q.v.).

  1. Burial of Martin William Byam aged 52 of 'Limehouse' at St Peter, Petersham, Surrey 27/04/1836. The Vicar at St Peter in 1836 was the Rev. R. B. [Richard Burgh] Byam, Martin William Byam's brother.
