Biography

Resident slave-owner in Jamaica.

  1. President of the Council in Jamaica for 17 years, according to Barry Higman, and elsewhere shown to have been in that position in 1840, and also a Master in the Jamaican Court of Chancery, buried in the churchyard of Spanish Town Cathedral.
