Martha Williams Hamilton (born in the 1750s) was the daughter and heiress of the Hon. John Richardson Herbert (q.v.). President of the Council of Nevis for 25 years, he died on 18 January 1793. Martha married Andrew Hamilton on 18 May 1787. Andrew Hamilton was a subscriber to Peterkin's Book of Planting which was published in 1790. He was also the President of the Leeward Island's General Council in 1798. He resigned his seat on the Council of Nevis on 1 May 1799. He died on 3 April 1808.
Martha Williams Hamilton died in August 1819 without issue. The estates passed under her father's will to her cousin Magnus Morton, later Magnus Morton Herbert (q.v.).
