  2. John Wilson was listed in the Jamaican Quit Rent books for 1754 as the owner of 50 acres of land in St Mary.

  3. Churchwarden in St Mary 1760. Member of Assembly for St Mary 1766.

  4. John Woodcock of St Mary, Esquire. Estate probated in Jamaica in 1771. Slave-ownership at probate: 123 of whom 59 were listed as male and 64 as female. 44 were listed as boys, girls or children. Total value of estate at probate: £12079.66 Jamaican currency of which £8028 currency was the value of enslaved people. Estate valuation included £0 currency cash, £0 currency debts and £50 currency plate.
