1769 - 1831
Son of Philip Ph. Livingston (q.v.). Baptised in Kingston Jamaica, but from an American Revolutionary family, and grandson of a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Philip Henry Livingston had a daughter Christiana Williams, later Freeman, with Barbara Williams, reportedly an enslaved woman whom he brought from Jamaica to the US.
