Biography

  1. Will of John Howell [late of Prinknash Park but now of] of Gloucester Gloucestershire proved 04/02/1803. He left an annuity of £800 p.a. to his wife Elizabeth and £5000 each to his grandchildren Thomas Jones Howell and Sophia Sarah Howell, all three charged on the Dover estate. He left his real estate in Jamaica and in Great Britain to his son Thomas Bayley Howell for life and then to his grandson Thomas Jones Howell.
