Correspondent with the Commissioners concerning his alleged entitlement to a legacy secured on the Friendship estate in St Vincent under the will of his father-in-law Charles John Warner (q.v.). Disingenuously he noted that his wife had died without children: the will of his wife Charles [sic] Maria Warner showed that she had divorced him before the compensation process.
