Daughter of Charles John Warner of Bequia, who left her £5000.
- Will of Charles Maria Warner wife of [Moneyers Street, Hoxton in the parish of] St Leonard Shoreditch was [made 21/04/1828] proved 28/06/1828. She opened the will by reciting that she was late the wife of Lieutenant Stephen Briggs RN from whom she had obtained a divorce. Under her marriage settlement she had she said the power to dispose of £5000 left to her by her father, and she accordingly left £2000 to Phebe Chitty then residing with her and the other £3000 and her residuary estate to Edmund Ludlow of the Borough of Southwark.
