The will of Charlotte Wilhelmina Elwin of Bath, widow of Fountain Elwin, a Lieutenant Colonel in Her Majesty's Army, was written in 1847 with a codicil from 1850 and proved at London in 1853. The will mentions daughters Charlotte Ann Mary Elwin, Frances Rebecca Mary Turner Elwin and Eliza Maria Evered and son John Fountain Elwin.
