Owner of Greenwich estate in Vere, Jamaica. The estate had been mortgaged to Theodore Foulks in 1781. The Chancery case of 1803 described Tristram Ratcliffe as a 'distressed man.'
Tristram Ractcliffe [sic] contributed £10 to the University of Pennsylvania following Dr John Morgan's fundraising tour of the West Indies in 1772-1773.
