Exeter estate in Vere, Jamaica, was registered to Tristram Ratcliffe in the Jamaica Almanac (1824) and to the estate of Tristram Ratcliffe in the Jamaica Almanac (1827). Clearly related to and probably son of the T. Ratcliff or Tristam [sic] Ratcliff, deceased, to whom the estate is registered in 1811and who had died c. 1792 (q.v. under Tristram Ratcliffe I).
Tristram Ratcliffe [II] married Sophie Louisa Colleton Graves, 26/08/1813 in Buckerell, Devon, England.
Will of Tristram Radcliffe [sic] of Exeter, Island of Jamaica proved 05/05/1825. He left his property to his wife and to his children, if any.
Jamaica Almanacs (1811, 1812, 1824, 1827). His will was indexed under 'Tristram Radcliffe', 05/05/1825 PROB 11/1699/80.
