Daughter and heir of Hon. James Symonds, who left her the income for life of unspecified estates [and enslaved people] on Nevis. Her husband Stapleton Dunbar predeceased her. In her will made in 1795 and proved 20/08/1804 as widow [late of Great Ormond Street but now of Gloucester Street in the parish] of St George the Martyr Middlesex, she made John Pinney, 'who has been my protector and support in the hour of distress', her residuary heir.
