No Dates
Correspondent of Slave Compensation Commissioners concerning 60 enslaved people sold by his brother's executors but not paid for, in the hands of William Heath. Not further traced to date, but conceivably the Robert Hodgson aged 60 living at Northallerton in 1841, among whose family was a son Marmaduke: if so, then Robert Hodgson of Northallerton's brother in Jamaica was most likely Marmaduke Hodgson (q.v.).
