Son of Hender Molesworth and his wife Mary, eldest daughter of John Sparke, esquire, of the Friary, Plymouth. Created a baronet 12/06/1688 with remainder to his brother. Died without issue.
Hender Molesworth owned 2480 acres of land in St Catherine in 1670.
Will of Hender Molesworth Lt-Gov. of St Katherine Jamaica proved 05/09/1689. In the will he left Cow Park to is wife for life then to his brother Sir John Molesworth 2nd bart. He left his Cocoa Walk or Indigo plantation called Golden Grove in St George's to his godson Fortunatus Dwarris.
