Born in Jamaica, widow of Hugh Donald Mackay (q.v.).

Will of Frances Charlotte Mackay formerly of 35 Artesian Road Westbourne Grove but late of 39 Westbourne Road who died 02/02/1877 widow proved 15/02/1877 by William George Neilson, the nephew, of Monmouth House Topsham, effects under £10,000. There was a double probate. In 1900 administration of the will was granted when the effects were given as £72 9s 10d.
