Son of Richard Wilson senior (q.v.) and husband of Margaret Delap Halliday. No will has yet been found for him: genealogical sources show him as dying in 1806, but the will of his uncle William Feuilleteau made in 1800 and proved in 1802 shows him as deceased. He was shown as of Marylebone by Vere Langford Oliver.
