Administration of the will of Hubert Fox of Demerara but late of Cloudesley Terrace Islington [made 1820 in Demerara] was granted 27/12/1830. He left £400 to each of his two sisters Mrs Jane Sommers in London and Mrs Mary Kennedy in Ireland, with the remainder of his estate to Eliza, Mary, Jane and Frances, the four children of the free black woman Present then residing with him. After the death of Owen Kernan the surviving executor, a further administration was granted to J.B. Suwerkrop as the attorney of John Hicks Rawlings of Demerara, the surviving executor of Owen Kernan.
