Biography

Robert Cunyngham, eldest son of Daniel Cunyngham and grandson of the original family settler, Robert Cunyngham of Braidland and Craig (q.v.). Apparently died in Montserrat.

  1. Will of Robert Cunyngham of Stone House Shropshire [made in 1761] proved in 06/05/1766. Under the will he left the reversion and equity of redemption of the estates known as Cayon and Basseterre in trust for his brother Anthony with £500 p.a. to any wife Anthony married and £5000 to younger children [of Anthony], with remainder to his sister Elizabeth and £2000 each to Elizabeth and his other sister Henrietta Knight.
