Charlotte Peach and John William Philpot[t] counterclaimed for the remainder of legacy of £3000 under the will of John Vernon for the enslaved people on Vernons in Antigua. The two individuals were the children of Susanna Teresa Vernon, a daughter of John Vernon of Vernons and Little Fosters Egham (d. 1765).
In 1851 Charlotte Peach widow aged 76 born Barking Essex was living with her son-in-law Henry Hale Hulbert and daughter Charlotte H. Hulbert aged 40 born Westminster in St John Street Sarum, Devizes, Wiltshire.
She was shown as of Northampton on her marriage as Charlotte Philpott to Isaac Rashleigh Peach 02/12/1804 at St Dunstan in the West.
