Army officer. With his wife and trustees, Hardress Robert Saunderson (given as Robert Hardress Saunderson) was a co-claimant on Temple Hall in Jamaica as an annuitant under a marriage settlement of 1765, possibly that of his wife's father the 3rd Earl of Carhampton on his first marriage.
