1737 - 1817
Rev. Richard Neate of Westminster was party to a deed of 28/11/1769 with Patrick O'Flaherty late of Nevis and Archibald Thomson of Nevis. Given that descendants of Rev. Richard Neate were among the co-awardees of compensation for the Zetland estate on Nevis under a mortgage deed of 1774, LBS has concluded that the deed to which Rev. Richard Neate was party was probably related to Zetland.
