London merchant, bankrupt in 1784. With his brother James Fraser who predeceased him, he purchased property on St Vincent from Evan Baillie in 1772 for £21,000, for which Baillie took back a mortgage.


London Gazette 12508 6 January 1784 p.8, which shows John Fraser as of New Court Swithins Lane trading as John Fraser & Co.
