  • SD - Association Start Date
  • SY - Association Start Year
  • EA - Earliest Known Association
  • ED - Association End Date
  • EY - Association End Year
  • LA - Latest Known Association
1718 [EA] - 1719 [LA] → Owner

Sarah Cleland reportedly sold Reed's in 1719, shortly after inheriting it under her husband's will.

1718 [EA] - 1728 [LA] → Owner

This is tentative only. Col. William Cleland left two estates names as Cox's and Read's [sic] to his wife Sarah in 1718. She and William Tryon reportedly sold Cox's, then known as Cleland, to Abraham Cumberbatch in 1728 for £6000. However, this does not fit with the known life-dates of Abraham Cumberbatch ne Carleton.
